How to Become an Investor?

Farmers and investors who will buy and sell EWRs must open an account at banks or intermediary institutions for EWR trades as the first step.

Then, an investor record is created at TMEX through authorized agencies to buy and sell on TMEX Trading Platform. Click here to access the information of banks and intermediary institutions that serve as settlement members for EWR buying and selling on TMEX.

After the account is defined and the CSD registration number is obtained, the investor completes and signs the documents required at the authorized commodity exchange as TMEX agent to open an account on TMEX.

Required Documents for Real Persons

  • Copy of Identity Card
  • Any of the documents required for address confirmation (Proof of Residence, etc.)
  • Customer Identification Form
  • Customer Identification Form (Agency)
  • Account document showing the investment account is taken from an
  • Intermediary Institution or a bank
  • The Undertaking Agreement

Required Documents for Legal Entities

  • Trade Registry Gazette for its establishment
  • Activity certificate from Trade Registry
  • Tax Certificate
  • Signature Circulars
  • Customer Identification Form
  • Customer Identification Form (Agency)
  • Account certification document showing the investment account to be taken from an Intermediary Institution or a bank
  • The Undertaking Agreement
