How to Become an Investor?

Farmers and investors who will buy and sell EWRs must open an account at banks or intermediary institutions for EWR trades as the first step.

After the account is defined and the CSD registration number is obtained, the investor completes the documents required to open an account with the Commodity Market Intermediary Institutions and fills in and signs the documents.

Then, the investor registration is created by applying to the authorized Commodity Market Intermediary Institutions in order to be able to buy and sell on TMEX. Required Documents

  • Framework Agreement and its annexes (it is possible to sign digitally via Mobile Branch)
  • Risk Notification Form (must be submitted physically with wet signature)

(*) Required Documents for Real Person

  •  Identity Document (Driver’s License, Identity Card, Passport)
  •  Address Confirmation Document (Certificate of Residence and an invoice requiring subscription)

(*) Documents Required for Legal Entities

  •  Turkish Trade Registry Gazette (TTRG)
  •  Signature Circular
  •  Tax Certificate
  •  Activity certificate from Trade Registry
  •  Company Authorized Declaration (Authorized Declaration appointed by the Resolution of the Board of Shareholders in limited liability companies whose main activity does not include the authority to trade in the Product Market; For Joint Stock Companies, Authorized Declaration appointed by the Board of Directors Decision)
  •  Sample Identity Document for real person partners,
  •  Tax Certificate and Activity certificate for Legal Entity partners
  •  If there are real/legal persons exceeding 25% of the shareholding in the partnership structure, the required documents submitted at the customer facility must be provided separately.
